By accessing or using Duramo Lab ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Duramo Lab provides text-to-speech (TTS) and voice cloning services powered by artificial intelligence. The Service includes voice generation, voice cloning, project management, and API access.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
Clone voices without the explicit consent of the voice owner
Impersonate another person or entity
Generate spam, malware, or malicious content
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
Use automated means to access the Service beyond the provided API

5. Voice Cloning

By uploading audio to create a voice clone, you confirm that you have the legal right and consent to clone the voice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your voice cloning activities comply with applicable laws and do not violate any third-party rights.

6. Subscription and Payments

The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Credits and Usage Limits

Credits are allocated based on your subscription tier. Credits are consumed based on usage (1.5 credits per character generated). Unused credits do not carry over between billing cycles unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to adjust credit consumption rates with notice.

8. Generated Content

You retain ownership of the text you input into the Service. Generated audio files are provided for your use subject to these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and branding, is owned by Duramo Lab and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, illegal activity, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Duramo Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
